La cuisine The hotel is appreciated for its cuisine which is carefully prepared and creative. All the meals are served as a buffet and guests can choose from a very wide variety of hot and cold regional and international dishes, prepared with the care and attention of our staff. There is a wide choice of dishes and preference is given to the local tradition, enriched by the skill of the chefs. The Excelsior cuisine is popular with all palates thanks to its combination of classical tastes and a touch of new and enticing flavours. Vegetarian dishes can be prepared upon request and special diets are catered for, including gluten free dishes. Particular attention is paid to guests with food allergies. The wine list includes a good selection of the most famous Italian and French wines.  The restaurant is an ideal meeting point for relaxing moments. Surrounded by an evocative panoramic veranda, it faces the sea and allows a very atmospheric atmosphere to be enjoyed, along with a breathtaking view. |
